This summer hasn’t gone the way I planned, having a herniated disc in my spine has really thrown off my ability to go shoot, and it’s been hard on the mental to miss out on so much.
One of those gigs I was most excited for this summer, was the annual Skratch Bastid BBQ, Toronto Edition, as it’s one of the best events and always an amazing line up of music artists coming through, and this year was no different!
So even though I was unable to attend the show myself because of my injury, I did send my trusted team of Sean Caesar and Kareem King out to capture it all and they absolutely killed it. They then transferred the footage after each day of the event, so I could handle the editing for the 5 videos that got produced from it all (which you can watch more below).
The BBQ itself was an epic 2 day event, with some incredible performances from Alchemist, Slum Village, Souls of Mischief, DJ KOCO, Shad, Craze, Raz Fresco, Starting From Scratch, Datsunn, Hedspin, Deejay Tjr, DJ Lazyboy, DJ B-BAD, Mensa, Rennie, DJ Lykx, Iced Misto, Snow4dy, DJ Taktiks, Dankery Harv, and Greg Nice!!
