If you’ve been following along for the past couple years, you’ll know that I’ve been dealing with a herniated disc/ pinched nerve injury in my back, with severe sciatica down my legs. It’s been an incredibly painful process and the simple act of sitting has become a major problem for me, so I mostly have been standing, or even laying on my stomach, to work for the past while.
Then in the fall of last year, I spoke with the team at Anthros, a specialized chair company that was very supportive in wanting to help me sit again. I was definitely excited at the prospect of that happening, so we partnered up to create a longer form video, with my true experience to be reviewed. And granted, my healing process was still moving slow and I greatly appreciated the patience from the team at Anthros, as I finally did start feeling more capable of being in the chair by late January 2026, and using it more regularly every single day since. It really is the best office chair I’ve ever experienced!
